1. Government affairs in terms of after-sales activities
- Be responsible for all legal procedures for customers to support the customers’ business establishment and operation.
- Build and maintain relationship with the related government officers to get the information and solve the related works easily and quickly.
2. Customer relation
- Create good relationship with customers for smooth operation of industrial parks and commercial projects.
- Expedite the resolution of customer’s problems or complains to maximize their satisfaction.
- Plan and organize activities for customers (seminars, sports events...) to bring the best service to the customers and create close relationship with them.
- Organize and develop CSR activities (blood donation, tree planting...) to fulfil the company’s social responsibility and connect customers’ CSR.
- Be responsible for customer’s overdue debts to fulfil the company’s payment record.
- Handle the annual satisfaction survey and other research related to customers and local communities in order to improve our services.
- Be responsible for customer relationship system to manage customer information databases.
- Be responsible for raw land rental payment notice to update and inform the customers for their payment according to the government’s announcement.
- Update the information provided by other departments to the customers about issues/news related to our industrial park.
3. Report management
- Update related information/regulation and share with Management Team.
- Create annual budget planning and implementation.
4. Other assignments from the General Director and Direct Manager.
